Sr. Applications Engineer

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, design, development and maintenance of Business Intelligence Solutions' software applications.


  • BE/BTech/BS in engineering or should have an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, electronics or telecommunications.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in product development on Java, J2EE.

  • Strong concepts of Object Oriented Programming.

  • Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath.

  • Comfortable with working on Databases like Oracle, MySql and MS Sql.

  • Knowledge of frameworks like JSF, Struts or Spring.

  • Knowledge of O/R Mapping tools like Hibernate, iBatis.

  • Knowledge of SOA, Web services and BPMS would be an added advantage.

  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders and communicate with clients at all levels and disciplines of software development.

  • Well-organised, capable of planning own work commitments, meeting deadlines and dealing with peaks of activity and unexpected events.

Sr. Software Consultant

Design, develop, analyze, maintain and provide production support for any one or more of the following and related tools:  


  • Oracle/ PeopleSoft/SAP ERP /JD Edwards applications/ SAS (supply chain, financial application, CRM, Corporate performance and HRMS applications).
  • Applicant should be conversant with related development tools Peoplesoft application designer, peoplecode, upgrade tools for SAP ABAP language and ERP integration tools like Integration broker, application messaging, workflow, security.
  • Experience in design and development of reporting and business intelligence tools like Hyperion Essbase or Cognos or Business Objects and SAS.
  • Experience in Application servers /web server with UNIX operating systems and Database skills in the area of Oracle, DB2 and SQL sever are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience implementing any of the major ERP or Enterprise applications (Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, SAS,JD Edwards).

Software Engineer

3-5 years experience programming in a .Net environment using C# or VB.Net. We strongly prefer candidates from object-oriented programming background using C#, Java, C, C++, SAS Programming or PL SQL.


  • Candidate should have experience in developing, implementing and supporting web services and XML. He/She should be able to create Crystal reports with structured, drill down, and linked reports. He/She should also be able to embed Crystal reports in .Net applications and deploy them as well.
  • Experience designing and building financial applications, preferably in the fixed income and credit markets. The person must be able to hold a conversation on various fixed income and credit derivative instruments such as bonds, swaps, bank debt instruments, and CFDs.
  • Candidates must be comfortable using Microsoft SQL/Oracle PL SQL and Database administration skills in any one of the following databases: Oracle/DB2/SQL server.

Programmer Analyst

Design and analysis of Oracle Peoplesoft ERP (Supply chain, financials, CRM  and HRMS) and EPM applications, and ETL processing


Specific experience requirements include: Informatica, PowerCenter,  Oracle PL/SQL and UNIX. Experience in reporting tools (Business Objects or Cognos, N Vision, Crystal Reports) will be an added advantage. Candidate must be proficient in all phases of programming in SDLC, and have experience in large enterprise software development or data warehouse environments. Ability to hold meetings and communicate with users, configuration of the system, build trees & hierarchies, information delivery and integration with third party applications, developing and directing software system testing procedures, programming, documenting, review and alter programs. Min. 2 years experience using Oracle/PeopleSoft EPM, Hyperion Essbase/Cognos, PeopleTools, ETL tools, Oracle 9i; intimately familiar with EPM data loader and data mart builder, Hyperion Essbase. Candidate should be able to work in cross- functional teams and interface with technical and business community and infrastructure team. MS/BS in engineering or equivalent qualification in related field with Min. 2 year’s experience is mandatory.

QA Analyst / Tester

Under minimum supervision, provide technical and functional leadership in all test phases, processes and practices to assure that developed products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards. Manage all activities associated with the quality assurance process, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on testing processes, procedures, standards and systems.


  • Drive and refine software quality assurance best practices.
  • Assess software readiness and transition products to the system test phase.
  • Review test results and report findings to management, in the form of metrics.
  • Review system/application requirements (functional specifications) for quality and completeness.
  • Offer advice and insight on system/ application requirements and the associated effort required for quality assurance.
  • Participate in team reviews of product definitions, design specifications and defect review and prioritization with other members from the QA, Development and Project Management departments.
  • Work with product developers and technical support specialist to resolve defects and installation issues.
  • Instruct, direct and check the work of an assigned team of Quality Assurance analysts.
  • Lead efforts of resource planning, estimation and time tracking of team members.
